Britt Wingard | The Hidden Whimsy

Hi, I'm Britt! I'm a Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist, and co-owner of The Hidden Whimsy in Anniston, Alabama. Reiki is at the heart of what I do. My approach to energy work is intuitive, meaning no two sessions are exactly alike. I allow each experience to unfold naturally, working with the individual rather than following a set routine. I love creating a space where people can slow down, relax, and reconnect with themselves. Whether someone is experiencing Reiki for the first time or has been receiving energy work for years, my intention is always to meet them where they are. I offer individual Reiki sessions both in person and remotely through Zoom, along with monthly group Reiki gatherings. My work also extends into guided past life exploration and deeper energetic work surrounding subconscious beliefs and personal transformation. I'm always exploring, learning, and allowing my own practice to evolve, and I genuinely enjoy sharing that journey with others.

I began my Usui Reiki journey in 2024 and received my Reiki Master attunement in 2025. I'm also a Certified Hypnotherapist, having completed my certification in July 2025. My Reiki practice has evolved into a deeply intuitive approach to energy work. I offer individual hands-off Reiki sessions, distance Reiki through Zoom, and monthsetin person group Reiki gatheringswith my wife, Becca. Alongside Reiki, I explore past lives and the connection between subconscious beliefs, energetic patterns, and personal transformation. As co-owner of The Hidden Whimsy in Anniston, Alabama, I'm passionate about creating a welcoming space for relaxation, self-discovery, and spiritual exploration.
